SHIPPING POLICY

Every item will be packaged with care and adorned with a North Pole label.

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 for orders less than $75, and free shipping with all purchases (before tax) of $75 or more. International shipping is charged based on weight and location between the two delivery points, as calculated by USPS. 

RETURN POLICY

It is My Personal Santa's goal to keep prices as low as possible. In order to do this, returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:

• Item received is not as described

• Item is damaged during transit

• Incorrect item is received

If the above occurs, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt explaining the issue so that we can correct it as quickly as possible.
