Video Chat with Santa & Free Photo

Service Description

Schedule a 5-minute video chat with Santa and get a free digital photo of your child (or you), during the chat. 1. Fill out the attached questionnaire to help Santa along with the call 2. Select the free photo border you would like your free digital picture (additional digital pictures can be purchased for as low as $1.00 each) 3. Pay for the service 4. A Zoom invitation will be sent to your email on file 5. Accept the Zoom meeting including the link to your scheduled call with Santa 6. A reminder email will be sent the day prior to the zoom call 7. There are no refunds offered - If you need to reschedule, contact us so we can reschedule. If you miss your call, we will send a 5-minute pre-recorded message from Santa to be shared with your child.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 4 hours in advance, though 24 hours in advance is preferred.
