Returns are accepted for any reason, as long as they are received during the timeframes described below:
Purchases made between January 3rd - October 31st:
- 30 day return policy.
- Contact My Personal Santa within 30 days of the original date of purchase to discuss reasons for the return. Our friendly customer service staff will be available to assist.
- Return via mail within 45 days of the original order date.
- In many cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If an incorrect item is received or if the item arrives damaged, My Personal Santa may incur the return shipping costs. Contact My Personal Santa's customer service staff to discuss prior to sending back the return so shipping fees can be discussed.
Purchases made between November 1st through January 2nd:
- Returns are extended to January 31st when purchased between these dates.
